CIArb Australia Branch will be hosting an ‘In Conversation’ event with The Hon James Allsop AC and Professor Doug Jones AO on 19th November.
Moderated by Damian Sturzaker, Treasurer of Ciarb Australia, the event is intended to discuss the state of play with arbitration, both domestically and internationally, and identify some interesting developments, and possible challenges in the way ahead.
