In the September Edition of Construction Week, Andrew Goddard QC and Simon Crawshaw discussed the potential of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) or ‘drones’ to revolutionise building sites across the globe. Drone evidence gathered from when construction begins can allow progress to be monitored and recorded on a more regular basis, with significant implications for dispute resolution. Despite this, regulatory restrictions continue to be a major hurdle.
