Eurocom Ltd v Siemens Plc [2014] EWHC 3710 (TCC) [2015] BLR 1; 157 Con LR 120; [2015] CILL 3593

Application to enforce an adjudicator’s decision that had been issued following an alleged fraud on the nominating body.  The case confirmed that adjudicator nominating bodies are not subject to the rules of natural justice, but that a fraud on such a body invalidates its nomination.
