It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of our friend and colleague, Doreen Bruce.
One of our most long-standing members of staff, Doreen had celebrated 30 years at Atkin Chambers in August 2024.
Filled with kindness, a quick wit and great sense of fun, Doreen was an immensely proud Scot. She was also a devotee of football and had spent her last holiday in Germany, in June of this year, following her beloved national team in the Euros.
She will be hugely missed by all of us in Chambers. Our sympathies and thoughts are with her son Scott and her family.
