Following her keynote address at the CDR Summer Arbitration Symposium on 9 June 2016 assessing the state of the market and the role played by the Bar, Chantal-Aimée Doerries QC chaired a session at the conference entitled ‘Best practice in construction and engineering arbitrations’.
