Atkin Chambers seeks candidates for 2019/20 pupillage year

Atkin Chambers is pleased to announce that it is inviting applications for the pupillage year 2019/2020. Applications open on Saturday, 30 September 2017 and close at midnight on Wednesday, 13 December 2017.

“We are a commercial set at the forefront of construction, energy and infrastructure law at the Bar. Our members are globally renowned for what they do and work on some of the biggest, most complex infrastructure disputes across the world,” commented Fiona Parkin QC, chair of the pupillage committee.

“Chambers’ continued success depends on maintaining its reputation for excellence. To this end we are committed to recruiting the best candidates for pupillage and our market-leading pupillage award reflects that approach.”

Atkin Chambers seeks to grow at a measured rate of one or two new tenants a year, frequently members have been pupils in Chambers. Members come from a diverse range of backgrounds – several have come to Chambers following successful careers in solicitors firms or elsewhere.

Atkin Chambers offers two 12-month pupillages every year, fully funded to a value of £72,500 per annum. Atkin Chambers does not operate as part of the pupillage gateway.
