Atkin Chambers is delighted to announce that Mark Raeside QC has been appointed as a Specialist Senior Circuit Judge by the Queen on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Christopher Grayling MP.
The Right Honourable The Lord Judge, Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, has assigned him to the North Eastern Circuit, based at Leeds Combined Court Centre to sit on Technology and Construction, Mercantile and Chancery with effect from Friday 22 March 2013.
Mark Raeside QC, who will be known as His Honour Judge Mark Raeside QC, was called to the Bar in 1982 and took Silk in 2002.
