A delegation from Atkin Chambers will be attending this year’s Society of Construction Law Australia (SoCLA) Conference, taking place between 5th and 8th May in Sydney. Members of Atkin Chambers will be speaking at this conference adjacent event, hosted by The Lighthouse Club Sydney, ACICA and SoCLA, which will trace a construction dispute (based on the facts of an actual but unidentified dispute) moving through all legal processes to judgment via mediation and arbitration.
Proceedings will commence with a welcome address from Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales and Atkin Chambers’ Door Tenant, before the seminar continues with the following speakers:
