Taking place between 1st and 5th February 2026, RIDW will bring together key players in dispute resolution, government, academia and businesses from both local and international sectors.
Karim Ghaly KC will be speaking in a panel session taking place during the week, hosted by MASIN, entitled “Evolving Role of FIDIC Contracts in Saudi Infrastructure Projects.“
Karim will join a panel including Ben Cowling of Clyde & Co, George Vlavianos of DLA Piper, Panos Bertes of MASIN and Kamel Diab of Freshfields, to share insights on risk allocation, dispute resolution and the shifting legal landscape in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
