James Howells KC, Riaz Hussain KC and Rob Bryant will be attending Dubai Arbitration Week 2024, taking place between 11th and 15th November.

12th November

10am: “AI in Construction Projects – Claims and Dispute Resolution.”
James Howells KC will speak in this panel session, hosted by MRP Advisory, alongside Marcus Antoine Khoury of ALEC Engineering and Contracting, Karim Serour of AL Ghurair, Adarsh Ramakrishnan and Gunjan Chhabra of MRP Advisory. The panel will address how AI-driven tools are transforming the industry by streamlining the resolution of complex legal and technical challenges.

3pm: “Tipping the scales: How to shape and influence the outcome of your arbitration proceedings using all the tools of the trade.”
In this seminar, jointly hosted by Atkin Chambers and Pinsent Masons, James will be speaking alongside Mark Raymont, Jed Savager, Rena Scott and Faisal Attia of Pinsent Masons. The panellists will offer their practical analysis of an effective dispute resolution process, from early case management techniques and selection of the most appropriate panel and experts, through to enforcing a final award.
