A delegation from Atkin Chambers including Andrew White KC, Stuart Catchpole KC, Andrew Goddard KC, The Hon James Allsop AC, David Barnes and Rod Noble, will be attending Australian Arbitration Week 2024.
The week is hosted by The Australian Centre of International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA) and is taking place between 13th and 18th October in Brisbane.
As part of AAW, The Hon James Allsop AC will be speaking at The Lighthouse Club Australia’ s debate on the topic ‘Australia should have a more significant presence in Asia as an International Arbitration Centre’.
The debate will take place on 15th October at 4pm and James will be speaking alongside The Hon Wayne Martin AC KC, Penny Martin of Three Crowns in Singapore and Shashank Garg who is an independent counsel based in India.
