The Tribunals International Protocols (TIPS) has announced its Founding Circle, which includes Atkin Chambers’ Andrew White KC.
Led by the founder of TIPS, Michael Lee, the Founding Circle brings together leading arbitrators, counsel, academics, and emerging practitioners from across jurisdictions to develop practical, independent, and open-access protocols that help make international arbitration clearer, more consistent, and more effective.
Andrew White KC is joined in the Founding Circle by Antonio Gordillo Fernández de Villavicencio, Bernard Hanotiau, Dr Caroline Kenny KC, Charles Allen, FCIArb, Charlie Caher, Dr. David Fong, Anna Kirk, Eduardo Silva-Romero, Christopher Thomas KC, John Beechey, Neil Kaplan CBE KC, Peter Turner KC, Philippe Pinsolle, Prof. Dr. Klaus Sachs, Veronika Lakhno, Wolfgang Peter and Zoe O’Sullivan KC.
As Founding Members, they help shape each protocol by:
• Reviewing and challenging draft proposals
• Identifying emerging procedural and ethical issues
• Ensuring every protocol remains practical, balanced, and immediately usable
