Andrew Goddard QC will be speaking at the Swiss Chinese Law Association’s Special Event on Friday 26 November: “Challenges and problems of the current arbitration and mediation institution”

Andrew will be joining a panel on “Administrative burden, efficiency of the arbitration /mediation institutions” moderated by: Tianze Zhang.
