Andrew Goddard KC to speak at the SCL Hong Kong International Conference 2023

Andrew Goddard KC will present the ‘Case Law Update’ at this year’s Society of Construction Law Hong Kong’s International Conference, taking place on 10th November.

The theme for this year’s conference is ‘Collaborative Contracting: Fostering Trust and Efficiency in Construction Projects’ and will look at what Hong Kong has learnt so far in running collaborative contracts, issues arising from such contracts and its dispute resolution mechanism.

Andrew will speak in the first afternoon session, alongside Julian Cohen of Resolution Chambers, Karah Howard of Pinsent Masons and May Ng of DLA Piper.
