Andrew Goddard KC to speak at the BICAM ADR Summit / APRAG 20th Anniversary Symposium

Andrew Goddard KC is to speak at the Borneo International Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (BICAM) ADR Summit which is being held on 26th and 27th September in Sabah, Borneo.

Andrew will take part in a panel session on the second day of the conference (27th September), as part of the APRAG (Asia Pacific Regional Arbitration Group) 20th Anniversary Symposium. The discussion is entitled ‘The Art of Advocacy in International Arbitration’ and the panel will discuss the core elements required for effective written and oral advocacy from the perspective of arbitrator and lead counsel.

The session will be moderated by Justice Dato’ Lee Swee Seng and Andrew’s fellow panellists include Dr Colin Ong KC, Vasanti Selvaratnam KC and Dr William Wong SC.
