Andrew Fenn to be appointed King’s Counsel

Following the 2024 competition, Chambers is delighted to announce Andrew Fenn is to be appointed King’s Counsel.

Andrew was called in 2007 and specialises in all areas of Chambers’ work, namely construction and engineering, energy, IT and general commercial disputes relating to large infrastructure projects. He acts for contractors, private employers, professional advisors and insurers.

Andrew has acted on large litigations, international and domestic arbitrations, and in the Court of Appeal. His international arbitration experience is extensive, with instructions arising out of disputes in Oman, Egypt, Dubai, Doha, Qatar, Australia, Georgia, Japan, South Africa, Singapore, Russia and Gibraltar.

The new appointments will bring the number of silks at Atkin Chambers to 24.

Andrew will be officially sworn in at a ceremony before the Lord Chancellor at Westminster Hall on Monday 24th March 2025.
