Andrew Fenn and Ronan Hanna (led by Lord David Wolfson KC) acted for the successful claimant in a USD 383 million ICC award against the Government of Georgia. The claim arose out of the termination of a 433-megawatt hydro-power project in 2021. Ronan and Andrew were instructed by Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom in London (Daniel Gal KC and Maximilian Szymanski).
