Her Honour Frances Kirkham CBE and Nicholas Baatz QC will join the speaker line up at this year’s UKA Edinburgh Adjudication & Arbitration Conference, taking place online on the 5 March 2021.

The conference aims to bring word class lawyers, experts, academics and practitioners together to discuss adjudication, dispute boards and arbitration in the UK and international context under Chatham House rules.

Nicholas Baatz QC will be presenting the view of the arbitrator for the panel discussion on “An expert’s duties”, identifying the expert’s general duties to the client and to various forms of tribunal.

HH Frances Kirkham CBE will chair a panel on “Tribunal Disclosure Obligations”, discussing the ramifications of the Halliburton case on different forms of tribunal.

The UKA 2021 Edinburgh Adjudication & Arbitration Conference takes place online on the 5 March 2021. The conference runs from 10.00am to 3.00pm, with a break for lunch.

The conference will be virtual.
