Her Honor Frances Kirkham CBE will join a TeCSA “Ask the Arbitrator” forum on 4 March 2020.
The event is designed as a “unique opportunity to hear from practising arbitrators about topical issues in international arbitration and to get their insights on how to deal with these”.
The panel will also include, Mark Lloyd-Williams, John Bishop and Andrew Aglionby.
