Ryan Turner will present a Law Review of 2021 to members of the SCL and CIArb on Thursday 31 March 2022.
The webinar (starting at 5pm) aims to draw out the key themes of construction case law that featured in 2021. It will include the following topics: the new practice direction on witness statements, expert evidence and the role of experts within the TCC, limitation periods and liquidated damages.
The event will be chaired by Ken Sadler and Michael P. Gerard.
