Andrew Goddard QC will be chairing a panel on “Recent and future developments for the construction industry” at this year’s Society of Construction Law Hong Kong One Day International Conference which Atkin Chambers is pleased to sponsor.
The session will look at what lies ahead for the Hong Kong construction industry including innovations in BIM, IT and data analytics, increased efficiency and productivity, security of payment and statutory adjudication, and NEC4.
