James Howells QC will speak on joint operating agreements at Burness Paull’s seminar on: “English law disputes in the oil and gas sector: How to manage and avoid them” in Aberdeen on Wednesday 27 November 2019.

James will look at issues arising from joint venture obligations (decision ­making, cost­ sharing and operator powers/role) and related English and International cases.­
