Steven Walker QC will look at dispute resolution clauses for the SCL Bristol on Wednesday 25 May.

The webinar will be held online and Steven will discuss recent case law arising from multi-tier dispute resolution clauses including the following matters:

• the enforceability of DR provisions;
• the enforcement of DR provisions in the courts; and
• the position in arbitration – the distinction between admissibility and jurisdiction.
