The webinar will be held online and Steven will discuss recent case law arising from multi-tier dispute resolution clauses including the following matters:
- the enforceability of DR provisions;
- the enforcement of DR provisions in the courts; and
- the position in arbitration – the distinction between admissibility and jurisdiction.
