Sir Robert Akenhead will give a lecture at King’s College London to the 2nd year Construction Law MSc students on 25 February 2022 on “Judgment and fairness in the management of contracts”.
The lecture, part of a series, will aim to give students a broad perspective beyond strict contractual interpretation to the impact of how parties actually run construction projects.
