Professor Doug Jones AO will participate in the upcoming fifth of a six-part seminar series examining the wise prescriptions of the 2019 ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR’s report entitled Construction Industry Arbitrations: Recommended Tools and Techniques for Effective Management (2019 Update). The event, hosted by Pinsent Masons together with the ICC, will take place on 25 August 2021 from 5pm-9pm (SGT).

This fifth part of the seminar series is intended to focus on international best practices relating to factual and expert evidence in international construction arbitrations and the relevant recommendations of the 2019 ICC Commission Report.

Professor Doug Jones AO will provide an Arbitrator’s perspectives on international best practices relating to factual and expert evidence in international construction arbitrations, and the relevant recommendations of the 2019 ICC Commission Report before moderating a fire side chat on international best practices relating to expert evidence in international construction arbitrations, and the relevant recommendations of the 2019 ICC Commission Report. Panelists include Mr. Gerry Brannigan (HKA, Glasgow), Mr. Don Harvey (Secretariat, Atlanta), Ms. Joanne Prior (Kroll, London), Mr. Mike Stokes (Ankura, London) and Mr. James Taylor (FTI, Singapore).
