25/26 April 2023: Andrew Goddard KC at The Law Society of Singapore’s Litigation Conference Workshop 2023

Andrew Goddard KC will join a distinguished array of senior counsel from Singapore and King’s Counsel for The Law Society of Singapore’s Litigation Conference Workshop 2023 on 25 and 26 April 2023.

Hosted by the Civil Practice Committee of The Law Society of Singapore and described as the Society’s marquee event of the year, the Litigation Conference is returning to its biennial in-person workshop format.

The conference/workshop will look ahead at the imminent changes to the legal landscape in light of the Civil Justice Reforms.

Andrew will conduct a series of workshop sessions across both days on:

• Pleadings;
• Case Management (SAPT / Advocacy at Case Conferences) Interlocutory Advocacy;
• Drafting Applications by Letter; and
• Interlocutory Advocacy.
