Andrew White KC will be chairing a session on Energy Infrastructure Disputes at a two day conference hosted by the AIEN and the LCIA at 116 Pall Mall, London, focusing on Dispute Resolution in the International Energy Business (Wednesday 18 – Thursday 19 October 2023)
.The panel will include Lindy Patterson KC (39 Essex Chambers), Erin Miller Rankin (Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Dubai) and Chris Hillier (Hillier International), and will provide an in-depth analysis of the infrastructure and construction disputes that arise in the international energy business.
The Association of International Energy Negotiators (AIEN) and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) are jointly organising the event designed for a range of stakeholders from In-house counsel and commercial personnel of oil, gas and alternative energy companies and independent practitioners and law firms, to the senior officers of government departments and ministries, arbitrators and mediators, advisors and consultants, and academics.
