Shourav Lahiri will present a keynote address on “Dispute Resolution in the Middle East” to the Worshipful Company of Arbitrators on 18 November 2020 from 5pm.
His presentation is part of an annual symposium arranged by Keating Chambers. This year’s event is titled: “Resolving your disputes – make the most of now “ and will also include keynotes on “The Courts in a time of Covid” delivered by Mrs Justice O’Farrell DBE and “The role of expert evidence in dispute resolution” delivered by David Barry, as well as two panel discussions moderated by Professor John Uff CBE QC.
The symposium brings together leading exponents and appointing bodies from the dispute resolution community to discuss ways in which practitioners can resolve disputes in the current climate. It will be held (virtually) in London.
