Professor Doug Jones AO will deliver the keynote speech on the opening day of Dubai Arbitration Week on Monday 16 November 2020.

His address will be titled “The Ineffective Use of Expert Evidence in Construction Arbitration”.

Start time: 09:30am Gulf Standard Time.

Dubai Arbitration Week 2020 will be presented virtually by GAR Interactive and DIFC-LCIA on 16 – 19 November 2020. It will be a week-long virtual conference aimed at international arbitration practitioners working across the Middle East, Africa and South Asia.
