Nicholas Dennys QC will be speaking at Hogan Lovell’s Annual Middle East Construction Forum 2019 in Dubai on 15 October 2019. He will participate in a panel including The Rt. Hon. Dame Elizabeth Gloster DBE and chaired by Roberta Downey, Partner, Hogan Lovells.
The panel is entitled “The Tribunal View” and will consider the role of consensual dispute resolution methods looking at a range of key questions including why mediation can fail, timing of mediation, the composition of tribunals and what they are looking for.
