Debate: “Adjudication, should it be used earlier to resolve disputes?”

Frances Pigott and Mathias Cheung will conduct a lively debate on whether adjudication should be used as a first or a last resort in resolving issues at the very first CIArb North West branch Young Members Group event.

The launch night is open to all branch members and is hosted by Eversheds Sutherland.

The debate will be followed by Curry Club networking.
