This two-day event explores the challenges and solutions related to resolving disputes in international construction contracts. Participants from the construction industry, legal practitioners, arbitrators and mediators gather to discuss various aspects of dispute resolution, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation. The conference also examines novel areas of dispute resolution, such as energy transfer, and how they apply to the construction industry.
