James Howells QC and Nicholas Maciolek will discuss Triple Point Technology, Inc v PTT Public Company Ltd [2021] with Byung-Woo Im and Matthew Christensen of Kim & Chang in a seminar organised by Kim & Chang on Tuesday 14 September.

The webinar will discuss “a case of tremendous importance to parties engaged in international projects”, the recent UK Supreme Court decision in Triple Point Technology, Inc v PTT Public Company Ltd [2021]. James Howells QC and Nicholas Maciolek were instructed in the case by the prevailing party. This webinar is designed for anyone wishing to keep up with legal trends having relevance to overseas construction, energy, and shipbuilding projects and to effectively manage the practical challenges associated with liquidated damages and contractual limitation clauses in international contracts.
