Steven Walker QC and Riaz Hussain QC will lead a talk chaired by Jonathan Spencer from Simmon & Simmons, entitled “Is the Construction Act fit for purpose?” for the Society of Construction Law in Bristol on 12 October 2017.
The talk will discuss issues relating to the scope of the Construction Act, the operation of its payment provisions and adjudication.
