The University of Stuttgart Institute of Construction Management runs The International Construction: Practice and Law Master of Business Engineering (MBE) course as a part-time further education programme for professionals in the construction industry. It is designed to cover both the Common and Civil law perspective, and is designed for professionals working in the construction industry internationally including construction engineering, architecture or surveying, as well as lawyers interested in specialising in construction law.
