Serena Cheng QC will provide the keynote address at the CIArb Middle East branch seminar during Dubai Arbitration Week.
The seminar will be held on Sunday 11 November and the keynote speech will be entitled “Navigating the turbulent Arbitration process in presenting the Client’s case”. This will be followed by a panel session entitled “The new arbitration landscape in the UAE – harmony or challenges and confusion?”.
