Atkin Chambers is pleased to sponsor the Society for Construction Law Hong Kong’s 2022 One Day Conference – “Money Talks – Payment & Cash Flow in Construction” on Friday 11 November 2022.
Andrew Goddard KC will be chairing a panel on ‘’Insights on recent important cases & law developments in construction” alongside Julian Cohen, Resolution Chambers, May Ng, DLA Piper and Yun Xiao Hu from Gammon Construction. They will examine the most significant developments in the last 12 months, and ask how a range of issues might affect industry players and stakeholders such as: clarity on liquidated damages, delay, interim payments, multi-tier dispute clauses, and opting into rights of appeal and consolidation in arbitration.
