Hosted by the Mumbai Centre For International Arbitration (MCIA) sessions across the week will examine diverse hot topics in ADR featuring leading arbitration practitioners, arbitrators, mediators, neutral, ADR service providers, experts, general counsels, and third-party funders not only from India, but across the globe. Sessions each day are virtual followed by in-person drinks and dinner events across India in Bengaluru, Delhi and Mumbai.
