The Singapore International Commercial Court Symposium 2021: Trends & Developments in International Commercial Litigation will be held as a live webinar and will discuss the latest trends and developments in the field of international commercial litigation.
Professor Doug Jones AO will join a panel of speakers to discuss “Commercial and Infrastructure Disputes in a Post-Pandemic world” at 10.15am – 11.15am.
Doug is an International Judge of the Singapore International Commercial Court.
The event programme includes “an exciting line-up of in-depth discussions on the forthcoming new procedural rules of the Singapore International Commercial Court, the emerging trends and opportunities for commercial courts and other dispute resolution options in a post-pandemic world, including in the area of commercial and infrastructure disputes, the enforceability of court judgments and the role of commercial courts in cross-border insolvency disputes”.
