Construction

Construction, together with Engineering, is Atkin Chambers' core specialisation. The increasing complexity of construction projects means that members of chambers are familiar with the funding and partnering arrangements that have developed around them. Projects are often initiated by Joint Ventures and multi-party developments, many with an international dimension. We regularly act for and against national and state governments.

Members can advise on a vast range of matters form domestic conversions to skyscrapers, dams and road building projects. We work for all sides of the industry: for employers, contractors, and the architects, engineers and quantity surveyors working on such schemes.
