Clients in our core areas of work frequently seek to resolve disputes by mediation. As such we are regularly instructed to assist our clients in mediation from the initial stages, covering advice in relation to the process and selection of mediators, to analysing the underlying claims, considering settlement options and acting as part of a team representing the client’s interests at the mediation itself.

When representing clients' interests in mediation, our members draw on their expertise to identify clearly and concisely the essential elements of their clients' cases and to present the same to a mediator, and other parties, in an engaging manner.

Members of chambers and door tenants also accept appointments to act as mediators in disputes.
