Arbitration is synonymous with many of the industry sectors in which we operate. As a result, members of chambers regularly appear as advocates, and some members and door tenants as arbitrators, in domestic and international arbitrations covering ICC, LCIA, LMAA, UNCITRAL, DIAC and ICSID as well as ad hoc arbitrations.

Those acting as arbitrators are either appointed independently by parties, named in contracts or appointed by a professional body or panel. Having conducted arbitrations as advocates, these members and door tenants have the skills required to analyse legally and factually complex projects and are well placed to quickly and effectively determine issues.
