We are experts in oral and written advocacy in large commercial litigation, frequently involving complex legal and technical issues. Our skills are in identifying and presenting the central issues and examining and cross-examining witness and expert evidence. As expert advocates our role includes forceful and efficient presentation of a client's case and representation of the client's interests throughout during the litigation process.

Our members regularly appear in the courts in England and Wales, including the Technology and Construction Court, the Commercial Court, the Chancery Division and the appellate courts, namely the Court of Appeal, House of Lords and Privy Council.

Much of our work concerns international projects and is heard, in the courts in England and Wales, where the parties have agreed on this jurisdiction, or in arbitration, again where the parties have agreed this, or, where appropriate, members have appeared in Courts overseas, including in Hong Kong, Singapore, Bahamas, Northern Ireland, Turks & Caicos Islands.
