Many of the cases members have been instructed on concern professionals engaged in relation to large and technically complex projects. As a result we have experience across a wide spectrum of industry sectors, involving, for example, professional negligence claims in relation to accountants, architects, engineers, hard and software developers, insurance brokers, lawyers, project managers, surveyors, and valuers. While most of our work is on a referral basis, occasionally, and when appropriate, we receive instructions directly from the professional client.
