Hudson on Building and Engineering Contracts launch event in Hong Kong on 17th November 2011

A number of barristers from Atkin Chambers are delighted to support a Thomson Reuters/Sweet and Maxwell hosted event to celebrate the publication of Hudson on Building and Engineering Contracts, 12th edition. It will take place at Thomson Reuters' seminar suite on 42F at Gloucester Tower, The Landmark, Central, Hong Kong.

The symposiun will take the format of a discussion between panel members addressing the new edition of Hudson, recent developments in construction law and debating likely future trends in construction dispute resolution.

The speakers are senior barristers from Atkin Chambers, all of whom have contributed to the new edition of Hudson. The session will be chaired by one of the general editors, Nicholas Dennys QC.

Hudson is regarded by many as the leading reference on Constructiion Law. The new book has been substantially re-written and brought up to date by a panel comprising many of the leading practitioners at Atkin Chambers.

Hudson has always had a strong international element, comparing and commenting on legal developments in numerous Commonwealth and other jurisdictions, including those of Hong Kong.
