Chantal-Aimée Doerries QC co-chairing session at Annual IBA meeting

Chantal-Aimée Doerries QC, in her role as co-chair of the Forum for Barristers and Advocates, is co-chairing, together with Kaj Hobér of Mannheimer Swartling, a session at the Annual IBA Meeting in Madrid (4 to 9 October 2009).

The session, on Tuesday 6 October from 10.00 to 13.00, is entitled “Arbitration vs Litigation: is there a clear winner?”. The session is being co-sponsored by the Arbitration Group. The speakers at this session will be Teresa Cheng SC (Hong Kong), Jean-Claude Najar (in-house counsel, GE Oil & Gas), Kenneth Reisenfeld (Partner, International Arbitration Practice Group, King & Spalding) and Anke Sessler (in-house counsel, Siemens).
