Our barristers and door tenants offer a broad range of services across the Caribbean. Recent examples of work include:

• appearing in a public enquiry set up by the Government of Trinidad & Tobago in relation to public sector construction projects, procurement practices and methods of operation.

• proceedings in the Supreme Court of Bahamas dispute arising out of a massive construction project, Ocean Club Estates Paradise Island, and with parallel proceedings in Florida.

• acting in parallel proceedings in UK, Bermuda and Hong Kong about cross-shareholding arrangements of large multi-national corporations incorporated in Bermuda and listed on the New York Stock Exchange and in Singapore.

• acting for Bahamian and Turks & Caicos contractors who wanted to enforce an AAA arbitrators’ award (seat Miami) and to resist a challenge to the validity of the award in the Courts of the Turks & Caicos Islands.
