Nature of Practice

Advisory and contentious. Extensive experience of conducting substantial and complex cases in the High Court of England and Wales, and in Domestic and International Arbitration with particular experience of the conduct of proceedings under the auspices of the ICC. Frequently consulted to advise on and to represent clients in the resolution of disputes through 'alternative' procedures including expert determination, mediation and adjudication.
