Appointed as arbitrator on numerous occasions in various building and civil engineering disputes at home and abroad.
Appointed arbitrator by the International Chamber of Commerce on numerous occasions.
His recent appointments have included:
(i) a dispute concerning an offshore oil terminal in the West Indies;
(ii) a dispute relating to a civil engineering steelwork project in Europe;
(iii) a dispute relating to a Steelwork installation in the Channel Tunnel;
(iv) a dispute relating to a large residential development in Hong Kong;
(v) a dispute relating to a construction of a road in Malawi;
(vi) various disputes concerning developments in England
